Accept/comment on the first wave of design notebooks

Plan further for the next meeting and the semester

Check/accept DN PRs
Meet with Paul and Prof. Dey to discuss semester plan and possible funding
Create onboarding Lab 3
Notify everyone about meeting in person now that we have a room
